Fruit Pizza is the freshest dessert that’s so impressive, too! Top it with your favorite fresh or canned fruit, a simple cream cheese frosting, and a 1-ingredient glaze.

– Preheat an oven to 350⁰F. – Prepare a pizza pan by lightly greasing or spraying with baking spray. – Crumble cookie dough over the pizza pan and using your fingers, pat the dough into a circle.

4-6

– Bake the cookie crust in the preheated oven until it is golden brown and doesn’t look wet in the center. – Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. – While the crust is cooling, make the cream cheese layer by combining the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.

7-9

– Once the cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the crust. – Top with fruit. – If using fruit pizza topping, Heat the jelly in a microwave  until the jelly is liquid.

– Use a pastry brush to coat the fruit with the melted jelly. – Pizza can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator until time to serve.
