Easy Meal Prep Chicken Salad

A quick and easy chicken salad for meal prepping.

  • 2 lbs. Chicken breast cooked smoked, grilled, baked, rotisserie
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion optional


  • Chop up your chicken and onion (optional) to your desired consistency.
  • Toss into a bowl.
  • Add the sour cream and mayo.
  • Add about a healthy pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Give the recipe a taste. If it tastes a little bland, add more salt.
