Easy Meal Prep Chicken Salad
A quick and easy chicken salad for meal prepping.

- 2 lbs. Chicken breast cooked smoked, grilled, baked, rotisserie
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup onion optional
Chop up your chicken and onion (optional) to your desired consistency.
Toss into a bowl.
Add the sour cream and mayo.
Add about a healthy pinch of salt and pepper.
Give the recipe a taste. If it tastes a little bland, add more salt.
