Party Cheese Spread

Addictive Easy Party Cheese Spread filled with cream cheese, meat, green onions, and cheddar cheese and can easily be adapted into a cheese ball or any shape to match the holiday.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2- ounce package thin sliced Beef like Buddig, diced in small pieces
  • 2 Green onions thinly sliced including half of the green stems
  • ½ to 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Nuts or other toppings optional

Instructions

  • Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended. If forming into a shape, reduce mayonnaise to 2 teaspoons. Additional mayonnaise should be added now for a dip consistency, add 1 tablespoon of additional mayonnaise at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Put into a container or form* into a ball and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  • Serve with crackers.
  • *To form into a ball, place mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and form it into the desired shape.
