Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Grilled sandwich filled with peanut butter and jelly that will ooze out when you bite into it. Eat with lots of napkins handy.

  • 2 slices sturdy White Bread Like Cobblestone Million Dollar White Bread
  • 1 Teaspoon softened Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy
  • 2 Tablespoons Strawberry Spread

Instructions

  • Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Lay bread butter side down on a paper towel. Cover the unbuttered side of one slice of bread with peanut butter, the other with the strawberry spread.
  • Make a sandwich out of the bread with the peanut butter and spread side touching. Buttered sides on the outside.
  • Place the sandwich into the preheated skillet. Brown the first side like you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
  • Carefully flip the sandwich and brown the other side.
  • Serve with plenty of napkins.
