– Turn on the pressure cooker and set it to sauté, using the high function if it has one. – Add the olive oil to the pot and allow it to heat up until it’s hot. – Once the pot is hot, add the sausages and brown on both sides.

4-6

– When the sausage links are brown, remove them from the pot and set them aside. – Add the peppers and onion to the pot and sauté, stirring occasionally until they just start to soften. – Add the garlic and sauté.

7-9

– Add the red wine, and allow o cook for about a minute, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pot. – Turn off the pressure cooker and add the tomato sauce and stir to combine. – Place the sausages on top of the peppers and onions.

– Seal the pot with the lid and make sure to set the steam vent to steam. – Set the pressure cooker to high, or meat setting if it has one, and set the timer. – Allow the cooker to natural pressure release. Carefully move the steam vent to vent and allow the pot to de-pressurize completely before removing the lid.
