– In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, capers, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, and, Cajun or Creole seasoning. – Stir well.

– Taste the remoulade sauce and adjust the seasonings to your liking, adding more hot sauce for spiciness or more lemon juice for acidity. – Cover the bowl and refrigerate the remoulade sauce.
