– Dissolve each box of Jello in separate bowls using only one cup of boiling water. – Place the jello into the refrigerator and allow it to cool until set. – Once the flavored jello is set, make the white gelatin. – Bring water to a boil. – Add COLD water to a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the water, mixing as you add the gelatin. Let it sit until it has thickened.

– When the gelatin has thickened, add the boiling water and stir to combine well. – Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir. – Allow the milk mixture to cool. – While the milk mixture is cooling, remove the flavored Jell-O from the refrigerator and cut it into cubes. – Place the cubes into your serving container. Spread the Jello blocks out evenly.

– Pour the cooled milk mixture over the Jello cubes. Stir gently if needed. – Place the dish into the refrigerator and chill until it has set. – To serve, remove the dish from the refrigerator and slice it into pieces.
