Saute the onion over medium-low in the olive oil until translucent
Add the garlic and cook another minute
Add the tomatoes, cashews, garam masala, karai methi, chili powder, paprika
Cook the mixture on low for 30-40 minutes
Puree the soup in a blender until smooth
Use a fine-mesh strainer to remove any large pieces
Place the soup back over medium-low heat
Add the coconut milk
