Ingredients

salted butter, softened

packed light brown sugar

granulated sugar

semisweet chocolate chunks

sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy.
1 cup salted butter, softened,
1 cup packed light brown sugar,
½ cup granulated sugar
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
2 large eggs,
2 tsp vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, and baking soda together.
2¼ cups all-purpose flour,
2 tsp baking soda
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet.
Fold in the cinnamon chips, chocolate, coconut, and nuts.
1 cup cinnamon chips,
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks,
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes,
¾ cup finely diced pecans or walnuts
Scoop onto prepared sheets (about 1.5–2 Tbsp per cookie).
Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
Cool on sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
