Homemade Granola Bars
A super simple granola bar recipe that is easily made on Sunday and can be eaten all week. Add any dried fruit you like!

Ingredients

Rolled Oats

Cup
slivered/chopped almonds
1/2
cup
honey
1/4
cup
peanut butter
1
cup
dried blueberries
Instructions
Place rolled oats and almonds on baking dish
Bake rolled oats and almonds in a 350 degree oven and toast for 15 minutes
Place honey and peanut butter into a pan and heat over low heat until the mixture is hot
Add the toasted oats, toasted almonds, and the blueberries
Mix very well
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and flatten
Using a smooth cup or spatula, tightly compress
Let the granola bars cool in the fridge for about an hour
Cut into desired size pieces (I prefer six large granola bars)
