Ingredients

lb
of ground lamb
1-3
cloves
of garlic
finely minced
1/2
tsp.
ginger powder
1/2
tsp.
cinnamon
1/2
tsp.oregano
1/2
tsp.
black pepper
1/2
tsp.
garam masala
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients.
Measure the meat into 1 oz. portions and roll into balls.
Place all of the meatballs onto a greased baking sheet.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
