For blue layer, in a small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a simmer.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and blue drink mix, stir to dissolve, remove from heat.
Add blue food coloring or gel if darker blue is desired. I added about 1/8 teaspoon of royal blue food gel.
Pour about 1 or ounce, or 2 tablespoons of blue liquid into freezer sleeves.
Place sleeves into tall cups, depending on cup size you made need 2 or more cups.
Place in freezer until partially set. About 4 to 6 hours.
About an hour before filling the middle of these pop, make your lemonade and place in the refrigerator to cool.
When bottom of the pops are frozen solid, remove from the freezer.
Add about 1 ounce or 2 tablespoons onto top of partially frozen blue layer and lace back into cups and then freezer until partially frozen. About 4 to 6 hours.
Make the red layer while the white layer is in the freezer.
In a clean small saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a simmer. Add 1/2 cup sugar and cherry drink mix to the water and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and add 1 cup of cold water and stir.
Place cherry drink in the refrigerator to cool completely.
After 4 to 6 hours, check to be sure the middle layer is solid.
When frozen solid, remove from freezer and add about 1 ounce, or 2 tablespoons on top of the white layer, being careful not to go past the fill line.
Place ice pops back into the cup and then freezer until completely frozen. This may take up to 8 more hours.
