baby back ribs

tablespoons
BBQ seasoning or rub

BBQ sauce

tablespoon
water
Instructions
Remove ribs from package and rinse.
Cut ribs into 2 to 3 rib pieces.
Liberally coat both sides of ribs with BBQ rub or seasoning.
Place 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Place ribs in slow cooker with bones pointing towards the sides of the slow cooker.
Place lid on the slow cooker and set heat to low.
After 3 to 4 hours, remove the lid, remove excess liquid, and cover ribs with remaining BBQ sauce.
Replace the lid and continue cooking on low for an addition 3 to 4 hours or until the ribs are tender.
Remove ribs from the slow cooker and place onto a broiler pan and broil for a few minutes if desired.
Notes
These ribs can be cooked on high for 4 to 5 hours if you are pressed for time.
