Ingredients
16ouncescream cheese
16ouncesbreakfast sausage
10ozRotel
Instructions
Set cream cheese on the counter for one hour
Brown the breakfast sausage and drain well
Drain the liquid from the can of Rotel
Combine all ingredients into a pot or skillet
Heat over low heat until the dip is warm enough to your liking.
Notes
There are a lot of optional ingredients you could stick in this recipe for different versions such as; Ranch dressing, Jalapenos, Bacon, Green onions, Corn. and/or Shredded cheddar cheese
