S'mores Dip is an amazing treat that brings the warmth and enjoyment of summer evenings around a campfire to any party or get-together. Served with a variety of dippers that let everyone create their own perfect bite.
Take an 8-9” skillet and lay out the chocolate bars evenly, then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the candy bars.
5 ounces Chocolate bars, ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cover the chocolate layer with mini marshmallows, making sure to spread them out to cover the entire bottom.
3 cups of mini marshmallows
Place the skillet into the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden and slightly puffy. Keep a close eye on the oven to prevent the marshmallows from burning. They will go from golden brown and perfect, to burnt quickly.
Setting Up the Charcuterie Board:
Start by placing the prepared skillet s'mores dip in the center of a large heatproof serving board or platter.
Arrange the pretzels around one side of the skillet, as neatly as possible.
Pretzels
Place graham crackers next to the pretzel, overlapping them slightly for easy grabbing.
Graham Crackers
Across from the graham crackers, place Nilla wafers in a fan shape.
Nilla Wafers
Next to the Nilla Wafers, place Biscoff cookies, offsetting slightly so they are easy to grab.
Bischoff Cookies
Arrange one side of the skillet with fresh strawberries, placing them in clusters for easy access.
Fruit
Finally, place banana slices on the board opposite of the strawberries.
Serve the skillet s'mores dip board alongside skewers or small plates.
Encourage guests to get creative with their s'mores creations, trying different pairings and having fun building their own s'mores-inspired treats.
