Boozy Beach Side Ice Pop is a refreshing pineapple, lemonade, and coconut adult ice pop. Perfect for poolside, beachside or just dreaming of being beside either one!

This is similar to our other slushsicle recipe. For a tutorial on how to make, see our post How to Make Spiked Slushsicles.
Boozy Beach Side is one of the slushsicles that freezes more solid than some of the others.
This one will also stay frozen just a bit longer than others. Just a bit, not for hours longer or anything.
In case you don’t want to go over and read any of the other slushsicle posts, we use Zipzicle sleeves (available at Amazon).
We fill them by using a mini funnel (also at Amazon).
These need to be frozen while standing upright, I use tall plastic cups that I will not need to use in the next 24 hours or so.
Once frozen, after about 24 hours, these can be stored in their sides in a plastic freezer bag or container.
These drinks have as much alcohol as a mixed drink and should be treated with the same respect as other alcoholic beverages.
Please drink responsibly.
